Tim Robinson

Process Scientist

Tim graduated from the University of East Anglia (UEA) in Norwich this summer, receiving a first class honours degree in Environmental Earth Science, which included a year in industry working with leachates. As part of his course he carried out a final year project to develop an innovative process design to nitrify and denitrify leachates from closed landfills, which received several awards, including the Dr Jenkins Award from the Chartered Institute of Waste Management. During his 16-month placement at international environmental consultancy SKM Enviros, Tim worked on large projects in South Africa, Australia and Shetland. Tim joined Phoenix in August 2014 and will work with Kevin on control systems, programming and the operation of treatment plants, as well as running treatability trials in the Company’s new landfill leachate laboratory.
