Phoenix are pleased to announce their appointment by Viridor to undertake treatment trials on their Dimmer landfill site.
The site has been given a revised discharge consent that requires some elements be reduced to levels never before achieved in leachate treatment.
Work on collecting samples has begun and investigating treatment options will be completed in February.
Detailed analyses and recommendations will be submitted to Viridor from which a new plant can be designed.
