WESTMILL LTP MAIN INFRASTRUCTURE COMPLETE
Phoenix has now completed construction and installation of all main infrastructure at the Westmill Landfill Leachate Treatment Plant. Electrical installation and mechanical pipe fitting is currently well underway. Commissioning of the plant is still planned for the end of January
